Construction area is 5674,4 sq. m.
Sleeping building contains 46 rooms - 7 types of planning, including 2 apartments.

Sauna is in reconstruction stage. Swimming pool, playground for children and summer cafe are under construction.
Reconstruction of medical building is started in the beginning of 2006, it will represent the following services:

- physiotherapy.
There is a paystation, which provides worldwide communication.
Cellular communication is provided by "ArmenTel" and "VivaCell".
